Špinačna lazanja. Spinach Lasagne

Njam! Tole je pa že kar moja specialiteta, kar nekajkrat sem jo že naredila. Lazanje so super, ker gre težko kaj narobe. 
Yummy! This one is becoming my speciality, I've done it quite a few times already. Lasagne is great, almost nothing can go wrong while making it. 

Pa začnimo! Za špinačno lazanjo potrebujete lističe, špinačo, bešamel omako, feta sir in začimbe. Sestavine lahko seveda prilagodite svojim željam. 
Let's start! For spinach lasagne you'll need lasagne pasta, spinach, bechamel sauce, feta cheese and spices. But you can adjust that to your own wishes.

Najprej dno pekača namažem s špinačo. Vedno namreč kupim lističe, ki jih ni treba kuhati, da pa se zmehčajo, morajo biti z obeh strani prepojeni z omako. 
I put some spinach on the baking pan first. I always buy lasagne pasta that doesn't have to be precooked, but you have to put sauce on both sides of them to make them softer. 

Na špinačo položim lističe ... 
So I put lasagne pasta on the spinch ... 

Put lasagne pasta on the spinach.

... nanje veliiiko špinače ...
... and lots of spinach on them ...

Put spinach on the lasagne pasta.
... nato nekaj feta sira ...
... then some feta cheese ...

Feta cheese on spinach.
... in bešamel omako. 
... and bechamel sauce. 
Bechamel sauce for finish.
Potem pa spet vse od začetka, dokler ne zmanjka sestavin ali pa posode. 
And again from the beginning until there's no more ingredients or baking pan. 

And here we go again!
Končam z zadnjo plastjo špinače, na vrh dam še ostanke feta sira, malo edamca, začimb (bazilika in začimbe za pico so super), tokrat pa še por. Kisla smetana bi tudi bila super za na konec. 
I end with final layer of spinach, add the rest of the feta cheese, some other cheese (that melts well), spices (basil and pizza spices are the best) and some leek this time. And some sour cream would go very well with this too.

Let's put this in the oven!
Pečemo približno pol ure pri 180 °C.
We put it in the oven for about half an hour at 180 °C.

Bakiiiiing!
Potem pa pojemo!  Zgleda bolj slabo, dobra je pa zelooooo! 
And then we eat it!  It doesn't look nice, but it tastes deliciouuuuus!

  2. jaz ponavadni delam samo s paradižnikovo omako, sirom in kislo smetano, taka mi še najbolj odgovarja:) Bom pa tole špinačno tut probala :)

    1. Jaz moram tudi enkrat s paradižnikovo probat naredit, sem pred kratkim našla v DM-u vegi bolonjsko omako, pa bo treba probat še s to. :D
